Printing your document

  1. From the File menu, select Print. The Print dialog box appears.

If you have the stationery available and your printer supports it, you may want to print the documents on actual envelopes. To do this, use the Print Setup dialog box.

  1. In the Mail Merge Selection group box, make sure All Records is selected.

  2. Click on Preview. You are shown exactly how the document will be printed out.

  3. Click on Print. Your documents will now be printed. A copy of each mail merge entry appears on a separate A4 sized page.

To save your document, select Save As from the File menu and refer to the section ‘Saving your document’ in the chapter entitled ‘Saving and Printing’ in the manual.
